ST was the first valuation company to set up a computerised Real Estate Database (RED) in 1985, which it has used and continues to use both to prepare its analyses and to control the quality of the valuations it carries out.

ST systematically carries out actual real estate market studies of more than 400 cities in Spain.

The ST market area prepares two bi-annual bulletins for distribution with information on the real estate market. These bulletins are published at the beginning of July and the beginning of January, and analyse the evolution of the real estate market.
