The general guidelines and objectives upon which the ST Quality Management System is based are:

Promote the introduction of new technologies that allow the organisation to streamline processes, for the purposes of providing better service to our clients.

Analyse results of activities carried out to evaluate the efficacy of these activities to better satisfy our clients with the services provided.

In the year 2000, ST’s Directorate General chose the UNE-EN-ISO-9001:2000 Standard as a model upon which to construct its Management System and in the year 2001, AENOR certified our Quality Management System, the scope of which affects the realisation of valuation services of real estate properties and company assets.
