ST has a Customer Service Department (SAC) to which the clients may address both complaints and claims regarding the services provided by the Company.
The processing of complaints or claims before the SAC and the Commission for the Defence of the Client in Financial Services is incompatible with any other means that implies legal or administrative proceedings.

Claims and complaints may be presented personally in any of the offices of Sociedad de Tasación, or in the Customer Service Department, the address of which is:

Independently of which method is chosen by our clients to present complaints or claims, in order to streamline their processing and resolution, the following data, at minimum, should be clearly indicated:

First name, surname(s) and address of the interested party (and, where applicable, the person representing the interested party), Spanish Fiscal Identification Number (NIF) and information regarding recording in the mercantile registry for legal entities.

Reason for the complaint, clearly specifying the issues on which a decision is requested.

Branch office where the events took place (where applicable)

Valuation number (or related property)
