To give legal consistency to these documents within the electronic world, Sociedad de Tasación, S.A. fulfils all of the requirements established under Law 59/2003, of 19 December, on digital signatures regarding the advanced digital signature, using digital certificates issued by Verisign.

All valuation reports and certificates issued by ST are signed using an advanced digital signature, both by the independent professional (valuer) who carries out the valuation and by the ST attorney who approves such valuation once its quality and technical aptitude have been assessed.
