All revisions of a previous valuation, issued by Sociedad de Tasación before two years have elapsed since the original date of issue, in which, with reference to the previous valuation, the warnings or conditional factors included are modified.

Valuation during Works:
Any of the valuations issued subsequent to an initial valuation and during the construction or refurbishing of an element or building, in which the progress of the works and the percentage of the works executed and any other circumstances regarding the works that may affect the value of the appraisal are reflected.

Pre-valuations:
Quick preview of value. In many cases, this service may be carried out without a visit to the property.

Processing Report:
Service where the client is informed of the processes that have been carried out in order to realise a valuation, when for any reason such valuation cannot be finished.
