Since its incorporation, ST has adapted its structure and internal organisation to the needs of its clients.

ST currently has its headquarters in Madrid, where the General Directorate is located. It also has 13 branch offices distributed throughout Spain.

More than 700 independent professionals (architects and engineers) located across the country of Spain collaborate with ST. It is these professionals who realise the valuations.

ST has more than 140 employees distributed among the General Directorate and the 13 branch offices, of which more than 40 (architects and engineers) are exclusively dedicated to Technical Quality Assurance for the valuations in order to preserve the quality of the final product and its adaptation to laws in force before receiving the Company’s approval.
