ST is a Spanish Company specialising in the valuation of all types of assets, especially of real estate assets.

ST was incorporated in October 1982 in accordance with Law 2/1981 of 25 March on the Regulation of the Mortgage Market and is approved under number 1 (Code 4301) in the Registry of Valuation Entities of the Bank of Spain.

It is recorded in the Mercantile Registry in Madrid on Sheet M-56927.
The Company’s only corporate object is the realisation of valuations of all types of assets, especially of real estate assets that are subject to mortgage-secured guarantees for the purposes of covering the issue of bonds, warrants and mortgage participations.

ST is a completely independent company without any connection to financial or other entities.
